We do not pretend to be sushi makers — so we brought in someone who is.
Sushi Express is its own brand, rolling to order right alongside our Greek kitchen at Meraki. Two traditions, one table.

PK the Sushiman
PK is an experienced sushi chef who has been practising his trade for many years. He brings fresh, flawless sushi to your table while adding South African and Greek flavours to his offering.

The classics
Salmon and tuna sashimi, nigiri, california rolls, rainbow rolls, salmon roses, fashion sandwiches and crispy prawn rolls.
Poke bowls & salads
Fresh salmon poke with avocado, cucumber, carrot and pickled onion — light, quick and made on the spot.
Platters for sharing
Mixed platters from small to celebration-size. Order a day ahead for anything large and we will have it ready on time.
Greek meets Japanese
Start with sushi and a glass of wine, carry on with meze and souvlaki. One table, two kitchens, no compromise.
Events & catering
Sushi platters can be added to any private function, year-end party or catering order — just mention it when you enquire.
