Semolina pasta, the great classic of Italian gastronomic culture, has been at the heart of Divella's production since its origins. It is made only with semolina flour from ground durum wheat and water, and has greater surface roughness. To obtain its typical shape, the semolina pasta undergoes a slow shaping (by extrusion or sheeting) and drying process. 

Capellini is a thin variety of pasta, made in the form of long, thin strands, similar to spaghetti. Capelli d'Angelo is even thinner, and comes in a nest-like shape  ideal with simple or more elaborate condiments. Cooks in 3 minutes.
