Divella Linguine No 14 500g

Semolina pasta, the great classic of Italian gastronomic culture, has been at the heart of Divella's production since its origins. It is made only with semolina flour from ground durum wheat and water, and has greater surface roughness. To obtain its typical shape, the semolina pasta undergoes a slow shaping (by extrusion or sheeting) and drying process. 

Linguine is a type of Italian pasta similar to fettuccine and trenette, but elliptical in section rather than flat. It is about 4 millimetres in width, which is wider than spaghetti, but not as wide as fettuccine.
